r12 Smartmoves

In response to customer feedback, we have developed the R12 SmartMoves series to deliver insight into how other companies are driving value through R12 post implementation.

After speaking to our Oracle E-Business Suite customers and the UKOUG community there is concern amongst organisations around how to leverage tangible benefits of their R12 E-Business Suite Systems.

It’s hard to believe that on average a staggering 75% of all ERP projects fail to meet their objectives. Though out the SmartMoves series we will be looking at individual projects, the impact they have had on the end user and business as well as discuss the benefits of each solutions. For instance, across all industries is it likely that post an ERP upgrade, only 30% of the benefits promised were delivered.

There are many reasons why an upgrade has not delivered the performance and efficiency expected. Now that you have upgraded, it is the time to look at what is available within your system that will help you improve and get the most value out of your E-Business Suite environment.
