Job Summary 

We are looking for an ABM Executive who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective Account Based Marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of DSP Explorer. There will be a strong emphasis on cross and up-selling to current customer base, accelerating open deal pipeline and targeting select prospects.

Acting as a liaison between Head of Marketing and internal Oracle and Microsoft sales teams, they will need the experience to develop 1:1, and 1: few tactics – focused on driving new and existing business. 

The ABM Executive will also be responsible for the creation of marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-layered programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as working with 3rd party partners/vendors to drive pipeline requirements amongst sales departments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define Account Based Marketing strategy and execution planning, encompassing our multiple ABM tools.

  • Propose, implement and manage a leading Account Based Marketing platform, alongside HubSpot.

  • Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative development to ensure effective management of named accounts.

  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts.

  • Determine and build ABM metrics to ensure business impact is measured by Marketing Return on Investment.

  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources & budget.

  • Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling.

  • Develop and implement pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts with internal Account Directors.

  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.

  • Proactively engage with the Oracle and Microsoft sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities

  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.

  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few ABM initiatives to drive pipeline requirements across DSP Explorer.

  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.

  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts.

  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing and various Head of Sales to create and gain consensus for cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

     

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account-based marketing, with the desire to continually learn and develop.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.

  • Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs.

  • Proven track record with account-based marketing programs and large account selling teams.

  • Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.

  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.

  • ABM software experience is essential.

  • CRM/marketing automation background, preferably HubSpot.

  • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against evolving plans.

  • Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales teams, and ability to prioritise numerous projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in building and delivering of marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and partner activity.

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills

  • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to identify, report and deliver activity based on key performance indicators is essential.
