Charlie Love
COO, CFO and Acting CEO, DSP
Charlie is a commercially and value focused C-Level executive with a background in private equity, services, and regulated financial service businesses. He has spearheaded significant value creation within both publicly owned and private equity backed enterprises with recent successful exits for private equity owners from London market insurance businesses. He has experience in global strategy, and finance and operations including mergers and acquisition origination, execution and integration.
Charlie develops diverse support function teams to partner with business leaders and deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Michael Richardson
CEO, Eclipsys

Michael Richardson possesses an extensive career as a supplier, partner and customer. Prior to joining Eclipsys Michael held the position of Group Vice President of Commercial Hardware Sales for Oracle North America. Michael joined Oracle as a result of the acquisition of Sun Microsystems by Oracle in 2010. At Sun Michael held the role of President of Sun Microsystems of Canada. Before joining Sun Michael spent seven years as President of BTI Travel a Canadian Travel and Loyalty company. Michael also spent 14 years in sales and business leadership positions at IBM Canada Ltd.
Meet our leadership team
Our leadership team is made up of a variety people from different backgrounds and industries. They have come together to offer their varied wealth of experience, boundless enthusiasm and technical knowledge from their specific areas of specialty.
Some of these industry leaders have been within the IT solutions industry for as much as 30+ years and have passed down their knowledge to the next generation of DSP staff, creating a strong and well educated team.
Although we are an IT solutions company we still have plenty of personality and human connection, it’s how we relate to our customers and help their businesses grow to their full potential.

Graham Gilbert
Non-Executive Chairman
Graham Gilbert is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO and Chairman in the IT industry, with particularly relevant experience in IT outsourcing as Founder, CEO and Chairman of ComputerLand UK plc, and now as Chairman and primary shareholder of Little Fish (UK) Ltd. When Graham is not mentoring Executive Management teams or deal-making, he enjoys skiing, travel and spending time with his family.

Tracy Westall
Non-Executive Director
Tracy is a highly respected figure in the UK digital technology sector, having operated as a board-level executive for over 30 years.
She has a strong commercial background and a high-profile portfolio of non-executive directorships and board memberships including the Department for Transport, WM5G Ltd, Birmingham Tech Week and as a Governor at Birmingham City University.

Phil Brown
Chief Technology Officer
My role at DSP is to help clients embrace Cloud technology; I work with organisations of all sizes, from the toe dippers to the large scale migrations.
Each engagement provides interesting challenges; but more importantly great opportunities for organisation to redefine how they utilise and consume IT. It’s my primary objective to help the organisation make the best choices when it comes to Cloud.

Lee Walker
Chief Revenue Officer
Lee joined DSP in August 2015 having worked for 15 years within the Partner community. The mission on joining was to drive DSP's efforts in the Oracle and Cloud marketplace through sales, Alliances, and Practice Directorship.
His experiences of working within the Oracle Partner community and beyond, through Quantix and Interoute (GTT), have provided the perfect platform for Lee to head the next stage of DSP's sales activities.
Mark Vivian
Chief Experience Officer
Mark joined Claremont in 2011 as an Operations & Services Director and became CEO in 2012. Throughout his time at Claremont, Mark oversaw a strategic shift in the business from a pure-play consultancy to a Managed Services Provider. Following the acquisition of Claremont by DSP in 2022, Mark was appointed to the Group Board and became CXO.

Theresa Williams
Chief People Officer
Theresa has over 20 years of global experience driving transformational change and strategic initiatives for organisations undergoing transition and growth. Her expertise includes organisational development and transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions and business operations.
Her role across the DSP Group focuses on supporting business growth objectives by shaping and delivering strategically aligned company culture and people solutions.
