All of DSP's Health Checks comprise of three core components: 

• Diagnostics, compliance and stewardship
• Face-to-face discussions with your subject area experts and key personnel
• Analysis, review and presentation

A suite of (read-only) scripts used to identify various aspects of your existing solution including Workflow & System Administration, Configuration & Customisations, Data Structures & Data Integrity, Software, Patch Levels, Database Configuration, and underlying architecture.

This is an opportunity to reflect on your vision, aspirations, and goals for the system and highlight areas of focus for improvement or particular pain and frustration. We will seek to share knowledge throughout the engagement, adding value at the outset. 

The captured information will be reviewed and documented by the DSP team. The health check report will detail the checks performed, any issues found and recommended actions and improvements. Each item will be prioritised.

Finally, DSP will present their findings, reviewing and discussing each area of interest with you.

DSP can subsequently be engaged to make the recommended changes, or the client can choose to make these changes themselves.
