Switching MSP made easy with DSP

Outstanding customer service should begin before you're even a customer. So we've designed the process of onboarding from another provider to be a smooth and stress-free experience, which can be completed in as little as 3 weeks:

Notify your previous supplier

Check the terms of your contract with your current MSP and notify them of your decision to switch suppliers to DSP. We’ll step in at this stage to work with the supplier and arrange for a seamless offboarding/onboarding process to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.

Switch off. Switch on.

At an appropriate time (when it’ll cause the least amount of impact to the business) your previous supplier will remove any hardware or software from your environment and hand over login credentials to us. At the same time, we’ll start to onboard you to be able to receive our services.

Post-switch

We’ll take over the running of your system including backups to ensure nothing is lost on the rare occasion there’s an issue with the transition. Your system is now totally managed by DSP, and you’ll receive all the benefits of our proactive and preventative managed services.
